We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most locations in North America. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ixeanodyne.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees, once the item is received and inspected.

Used, opened, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless defective. See our full Return Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription plan, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product images, text, logos, and design, is owned by IXE Anodyne or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.
