1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used pain relief gel, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
A. Contact our Customer Service team at [sales@ixeanodyne.com] with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
Photos (if applicable, for damaged or incorrect items)
B. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions on how to send your item back.
Important: Do not send products without receiving an RMA#; unauthorized returns will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective/damaged item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. IXE Anodyne is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged orders.
- Items returned in unacceptable condition (opened, used, or damaged by the customer) will not be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used pain relief gels
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable
- Gift cards
