Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier service selected at checkout. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Canada.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada for small to medium-sized orders. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Expedited delivery options (e.g., 1-day or 2-day shipping) are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service.

Free Shipping Offers
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on the website and may be subject to minimum purchase amounts or specific product eligibility.

In-Store Pickup
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. All purchases are fulfilled via shipping.

Item Availability
Product availability is updated regularly, but occasionally an item shown as in-stock may be unavailable. If this happens, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping date or offer an alternative solution.

Shipping Issues

Shipping Errors & Damaged Goods
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any incorrect, missing, or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at [salest@ixeanodyne.com]. We will resolve any confirmed shipping error at no additional cost to you.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us immediately. The shipping carrier is responsible once the package leaves our facility, but we will assist you in filing a claim and ensuring you receive your order.

Customer Order Errors
If you ordered the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. A Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued before any return is accepted. A 30% restocking fee may apply, and products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
